I normally don't buy a ticket on the resolution train, but this year I want to be/eat Healthier...my problem I need someone to help me and tell me a good meal plan to stick to.

What is your resolution if you have one?

Cross train in different martial art.

Become proficient in Japanese.

Reclaim the basement. Not remodel just clean and orgainize.

Hopefully PR at Ironman by over an hour. Not having an injuried hamstring on race day would help a lot.

I don't either cuz as soon as I call them resolutions I promptly break them, but let's just say goals for change in the new year Wink

Get back into running regularly and train for a couple races-after over 2 years on the bench it's about freakin' time.

Learn to relax more. Now that I'll have some free time I am trying hard not to fill it up with activities and commitments and just take some time to breathe.

Stop sweating the small stuff. That's going to be harder than running for me.

I resolved years ago never to make resolutions. It's been working out very well.

However, the boyfriend and I have decided to that we're going to work on being more active (hence his weight set for Christmas, and I have my own equipment) and eat healthier than what we've been doing. So we have goals, but no resolutions. Smile
