I went to the doctor last week too. she kept doing the near-sight testing and I kept passing. she just seemed puzzled. "hmm. you haven't lost any vision". "am I suppose to?" "well, you ARE getting older".

my contacts are less corrective 2.25 to 1.75. Baffle me batman

I have some $.99 reading glasses but I think I'm actually going to have to have an eye exam soon. Reading is getting pretty difficult these days holding things out at arms length.
