Could it be more general with arms rather than biceps? I don't want to bulk up my biceps but want to generally tone and make my arms look better......

Unlike Molly, I didn't see any other post about arms vs biceps ...but either is OK with me, even though my biceps are VERY slow to respond to training...

He's been helping me over in the weights area and is making me understand about not being afraid of bulking up by bulking up my weight routine.....I think I now understand. PH will be proud!
