I just don’t know what to do. When I was moving my furniture I injured my shoulder and ever since then I have been suffering from a nerve issue. I suppose that it’s pinched or something like that and now I have terrible pains after swimming training. Do you think that it’s a dangerous issue and whether I should stop swimming until I solve it?

I think that you really should stop training swimming or any kind of sport that requires too many arm motions. I can’t believe that you haven’t been to the doctor after that injury and that you’re not sure whether your nerve is pinched or not. Do you have any idea how dangerous that can be? A friend of mine also got injured while moving a heavy object and he also had a pinched nerve. Unfortunately he had to go to a surgery. He’s ok now but it was quite an unpleasant situation. So, pull yourself together and go to a medical checkup and if necessary have your shoulder X-rayed. I hope it’s nothing serious.
