I've been hearing commercials for this product.

The kicker for me is:

They say this on the website and in commercials. Now wait a minute. If you lower your calorie intake and start an exercise program, won't that lead to weight loss?

Is this pill just riding the wave of "Low Carb", or is there actual benefit?

Every diet pill out there has the same disclaimer from what I've seen. This product in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise will lead to weight loss. No kidding?
