I haven't been able to go to the beach in quite some time. Today I went to one of my favorite old local hangouts.
Same stuff. Nice 50-ish lady from Atlanta asks me for restaurant/bar suggestions for she and her friends, who are down here to have "girl's weekend, but not trying to pick up men or anything like that". (Her words, not mine).
I gave her some suggestions, and then two creepy English guys that had been obviously listening to the conversation figured out that I was local and asked me where to find pot. I swear to god, I almost sent them to my old job and told them to ask for my old boss. That would have been damn funny.
I don't know why people think I look like I can find drugs. I must look like a stoner, and I am not. A long time ago, in my teenage years, I was a big one, but not now. Do I look like a pothead to you all?
