On the box of my frozen waffles, it says a serving size is 2 waffles. Then it has the nutritional information listed both by serving and per waffle. One waffle has 90 calories, but a serving has 190.

dunno

I love how microwave popcorn bags give info on popped and unpopped popcorn. What idiot would eat it unpopped kernels out of the bag (unless of course they're "remainder kernels" leftover from popping)?

The whole wheat pancake mix I buy counts a serving as the entrie batch of batter, so it's like 435 calories. Hubby was like "WHAT? We're not buying that." One batch makes a dozen small pancakes.
Ritz Bitz sandwiches (with the cheese in the middle) count a serving as nine little sandwiches. Right. I know year old babies who eat more than nine at a sitting.

The most servings per package has to go to Crisco no-stick cooking spray. At just over 500 servings per can... it's a great bargain.

Of course a serving is spraying it for approximately 1/3 of a second. Riiight.

I've recently learned it's impossible to get a straight answer on how many calories there are in Life Savers. Actually, that's not true. It's 20 calories per serving. But the serving is the tricky part. I want to know how many of you have ever served yourself a half of one Life Saver.

Fess up right now.

Waffle one..........90 calories
Waffle two..........90 calories
The box itself...+ 10 calories
Total calories....190
