Anyone else running Myrtle Beach this year? I've been really lazy since the Chickamauga Battlefield Marathon a couple of weeks ago and just now starting to get back into serious preparations for MB.
It's a Saturday marathon so I'm driving down Friday afternoon and spending Fri and Sat nights in MB. Hotel rates are very reasonable even on the beach.
Forgot to mention it also has a half-marathon and 5k component if you or some friends don't want to run the full marathon.

I did this race in 2001 & 2002.
Genie, myself and a few of the Kickers gang rented a beachhouse for the weekend 2yrs ago and the kickers gang did the same last year.
Its a great race and course.

Just bringing this back to the top. Anyone else running this one. I think I'm switching to the half and save my marathon energy for OKC in April.
