No, it was there when we moved in. It keeps spreading despite my attempts to kill it and chop it down. She heard about people suing over this.
I have been trying to avoid the expense of having someone clean it out; but, maybe it is time to drop some coin. It is just the way she goes about things. She didn't ask if we are doing anything. She starts off with threats.

let her. Just take good pictures and have a good idea where the property line is (contact your local Twp, they should have the plot plans), it should help your case tremendously. She is the one out the money if she loses.

Tell her that you're going to sue her back for looking at your property and just looking. 
J/K. I don't think she has much ground to stand on. Perhaps you can tell her if it bothers her so much that it's there, she can pay to have it removed. It's that simple. Damn neighbors from hell!
