Don't overreact to an emotional situation, especially if it pops up out of the blue this afternoon. You can resist the urge to have a hissyfit--and in the process, you'll win some fans.
Like I'd ever have a hissyfit today in the first place. I have to do a long run today and I don't have the energy to do both on the same day. 
Those hissyfits take a lot outa ya.
