Ms. Lender:
I know you just got the approval on my loan today (large loan) and that the loan involves mortgageing 4 apartment buildings, and that one of the properties is located in a flood zone, and also that you have not even ordered the environmental study or survey of the property yet, and that the attorney needs to draw up the documents all of which normally take a week to ten days, but how about we close on this loan tomorrow???

As Zoning Hearing Judge, it is my duty to inform you that your apartment building located within a known and documented flood zone is hereby CONDEMED.
Please have all residents vacate said building within 72 hours. Contact the code enforcement division for further instructions.
I trust you have not engaged in any financial arrangements wherein said property is listed as collateral.
