so, my big goal was to race a sub 19min 5K on sept 9th at the race i wanted to run each year as a birthday thing for myself.
but it's cancelled.
and i can't find any other 5ks in that month.
gad dammit. now what am i going to do? 
that sucks... unless i can run 5k on my own at race pace?

uh, no it was the Eat 2 Run.... but i could look at that one... except it's a cross country race that i haven't really done. i'll have to do some different runs for that. but thanks for the heads up.
