Yummmerrrrrs..........what a tasty combo I bet that was. I love jambalaya. I gotta stop working til 9PM every night so I can come home and actually cook and eat dinner.

I know its one of the seven basic food groups for the south next to Grits and Moon Pies. I have spent enough time in the south to appreciate the strange attraction to this stuff. I'd much rather have fried eggplant or mushrooms.
