Thanks. I really should have made my goal... But it didn't happen. I tried to leave my shirt on, but when I got off my bike I had a huge hole under my right arm and the shirt was killing me. I was just about to pull it down when I got the pic of it hanging half off my shoulder.

My weight loss has kept me from getting the stomach I want. the pic in the park shows dramatically how the skin just folds over. Yuck.

Look great 262.

The bike picture (3897-260-031) is my favorite, would be better if it was a little brighter

Nearly 80lbs. I am thinking about some "help" with the extra skin on my stomach. I have huge stretch marks on my sides too. Yuck.

I had hoped to avoid skin issues, but when I reach my goal I will have lost perhaps 60 lbs and I might have the same problem.

Have you considered lifting weights to build muscle? You probably have. But that might help some.

When I started losing the weight I lifted to increase the metabolism and strengthen the muscle. I lift very rarley now. I do not want to carry a lot extra weight in muscle out on the course.

Unfortunately those pictures are not very flattering.
