We can't quite figure out why all of my scores went up from last year to this year. I have already sat down with one of the staff at they Y and gotten some stretches that I can work on to help my flexibility and I guess I will need to throw in some more cross training on the weights and the rowing machine to help improve everything else. Don't get me wrong if you think I am disappointed with the scores. I am in so much better shape from when I first started 2 years ago. I just need to concentrate on my cross training a little more and watch how much I snack and how many that I have. I thought everyone would like to see what a lot of running has done for me.

Thanks PH,
It has been neat to track it, I just wish I had pictures to go with it. Now if I can just stop the late night snacking so I can get down to my goal weight of 180 or below I would be a happy camper.

great job Eric thumbs up

i've yet to have my body fat measured. i. just. can't. facethatnumber.

your Y sounds very supportive.

once i start that night time snacking thing, i find it's really hard to stop. the best way is to just say NO. like, absolutely no foodstuff after 7PM. drinking 10 glasses of water a day helps me keep my weight down too.

my husband will eat a damn pound of peanuts every night and not gain an ounce. the weight really drops off of him when he stops the beer though--sorry, i know you didn't want to hear that.

good luck and keep it up.

Quite impressive, Eric! Some times it's hard to remember back to what you were like a few years ago. I myself should have kept better track to see just what I've accomplished.

Yes Eric, that's fantastic progress!
Randy, the problem with doing that at the beginning is that you actually have to acknowledge just how badly out of shape you really are. I certainly didn't want to know that info about myself when I started.
