Hmm, I was just thinking, I have a court appearance on Nov. 7. Don't know if I want to show up all nappy...I'll have to think about this.

This coming weekend is your last chance to shave and give the missus a smooth smooch. As of Columbus Day on Monday, upper lips go into hiding. First pics are due by Nov 1 and finals during Thanksgiving week. Judging will be done by akern, genie, cb and all other RR femme fatales. Any other guys willing to challenge, drop the razor and join in.
So as my grandaddy used to say about growing a mustache ..put honey on the outside to pull and poopcoffee on the inside to fertilize! |
i had a beard last winter - and it's all for a good cause - count me in jrjo

Either start now, pic on the 6th for your final, or start on the 8th and see where you end up by turkey day.
BTW ..remember Mafia families don't snitch. Stick with your story on the stand and slip the judge your thank$ you gift.

Maybe I will see what I can do for both. Grow it until the 6th, shave it off and grow it back for Turkey Day...

So like you are expecting me to shave off the one I have now?????????????? Sorry, I'll enter as is if I can but that would be the only way, lol. I've had my 'stache and go-T for somewhere around 10 or 12 yrs now, I'd feel really strange without it.............

I think you can count me in.
Couple of questions though?
#1 Is this mustache only? (is a goatee acceptable?)
#2 we can shave this off before Thanksgiving, right?
(please say yes, my wife won't let me go into the holidays with a mustache)
#3 Do we need to post a "before" pic? say, next tuesday, to show that we started cleanly?
I think its a great idea. My wife hates it when I have a mustache, but she's about 7 months along, and you know, her interest in certain activities is almost non-existant, so why not?

Another mustache miracle ..coach is in! Non-existant interest ..ya crack me up man. Yep, Thanksgiving day will be a strip your lip day so judging will be on pics taken and posted during that week. I can hear the wives swooning though, we may just have to keep 'em right on through the winter Goatee adding is acceptable too, judging will be on the lip though and possible femme fatale bonus points if you do present a good overall presentation With the "before" pics, I think we've seen shots of our mugs in the forums. If someone is bored and wanted to corral 'em together that'd be cool, otherwise we'll go on final product as the benchmark.
And cjay, you can join keltic as the standard for us bare lips to reach for. Join in the pic posts next month. If you do sweep the votes, you'll get a qualified victory for a 10year head start.

Since goatees are allowed, does that mean I can have a full beard?
