I just had to see what the most scorned movie of 2003 was all about, especially with all the talk lately about the end of Bennifer.
The movie was truly horrible, just as you'd expect. There was no character build up...we were suddenly led to believe that J-lo was a lesbian, yet she just oozed of heterosex whenever she looked at Benny boy.
The one thing I really enjoyed about the movie though was the kid that they kidnapped. They never really said, but I pretty much assumed he was a high functioning autistic person. For the most part, he played his character well. I was wondering how he prepared for the roll. I work with autistic kids by the way, hence, my interest. So for me, it was worth renting the movie just for that.
