I'd love to be able to roll my belly, because it would look cool as hell. 
Serious answer: I wish I could sing. I used to have a beautiful alto, but years of smoking and other stuff killed it. I still sing because I love it, but I sound like traffic.

I wish I was a better listener. My brain get into "problem solving" mode too much. Seems like most people already know the answer they want and my "solutions" just get in their way.
