Hello,
I'm thinking of starting running in the mornings, but not to burn fat, as I'm really skinny (~180 cm. and 62 kg.), but to increase endurance, strengthen legs. Is it a good idea? If it is, how many times a week I should do it?
Thanks in advance.

When I first started training for the upcoming Fall 2007 XC season here at college, my coach told me to run 30 minutes a day, with the 6th day being a 40 minute run. Use Sunday or the 7th day as a rest day.
You want to build a base. I would increase the amount of time you are running for by 5% every two weeks. Over time, you will notice that things will get easier. This will build for cardio endurance and some muscular strength.
Hope this helps and good luck!
