We just cited a bunch of St Joseph's University students for putting out fliers for their upcoming Villanova vs. St Joes game.
We got word of their possible vandalism, sent guys and hence they did it. We also made them clean up the 400 fliers they put on the cars

It is considered littering under our Township ordinance. No posting of handbills. Most of them are thrown off of the vehicle, thus causing litter.

The same group of students had their ring leader call a local sports radio station saying Villanova Students and Radnor Police better watch it because we are going to get the Villanova Campus. We just waited around in the area and caught the students commiting this act. Had they not called, they would've gotten away with it. They basically dared us to act.
Yeah it is a stretch but we had to save face.

today in fact- they swiped the whole mascot
tonight at 7 on espn2 - st joes vs villonova at the palestra
