- 2 5Ks & a half: 5K PR, half course PR
- ran most furthest - 22M
Lifting/ab work: 6 hours
Not too bad, considering there was a ten day taper in there and I was sick for two weeks. Speed getting close to what it was.
Ready for October, which will be my biggest month yet.
