I'll put mine in early also even though I'm scheduled to do a long run this weekend.
Assuming I go 13 miles as planned tomorrow....
151 miles
avg run of 6.3 miles
avg pace around 7:55

Running:
24 runs
146.55 miles
19:30:09
Average pace 7:59
Average run: 6.11 miles
Longest run: 12 miles
Mountain Biking:
1 ride

Great month of running. Only 2 unscheduled off days at the beginning of the month when I was sick. Other than that I ran every day except for Sundays. Started with long runs and speedwork again. I think this is my highest mileage month ever (definitely highest of the year). The only month that may have been higher would be October of 2003.

Assuming all goes as planned tomorrow:
383 miles running
I'm not certain, but that is real close to an all time record for me. I did a total of 52 runs (at least 1 run every day, with 21 doubles), for an average of 12.35 miles per day, and 86.5 miles a week. Surprisingly it hasn't seemed like that hard of a month.

Running, 96.89 miles in 15:29:32. An average of 9:36 per mile; considering that takes into account the bad 'thon (average pace there of 10:53), it's a lot better than I thought it would be.
Cycling, 17 miles in 1:24:17. Average of 4:57 per mile.

73.5 miles. Not too bad considering extra days taken off for 2 races and an entire week of being sick.

I went back through the logs, and my 383 is technically the most I've done in an actual month, but not the most I've done in 31 consecutive days. I hit 399 miles in 31 days in a stretch from December 2001 into January 2002.
That gives me a nice even target of 400 miles for November, but that is unlikely since I have 2 races scheduled and November is only 30 days. I probably go more like 375.

I noticed the same thing when I posted. You ready to step it up to 170-180 for November?

I have a 1/2 marathon on 21st which means taper... I don't think 170 is gonna happen. I'll be lucky to duplicate this month.

Up & down month for me due to Mom and repeat hospital visits in NJ. Did the best I could with what I had. Amazed I fit as much in as I did.
Running: 177.8. Despite it all, includes one 70M week (highest ever) and 6 races, all PRs (6 course, 4 distance).
Swimming: 0!
Cycling: 0!
Other: some yoga.
