197.5 miles for October. No races but was pretty consistent getting the hill and speed workouts in. 2 or 3 races coming in November - running club 5 mile X-country race this weekend, 1/2 marathon on the 21st, and then maybe the local Turkey trot on Thanksgiving if I don't decide to sleep in instead.

I thought you said in a race report you thought you were concentrating too much on running and your cycling was suffering?

I meant that I was doing too much running speed work and almost no speed work on the bike.

I don't even know where to begin with this thread. I've been so busy that I have not logged my milege in two weeks. I had vertigo last month and many days off due to work. My most ever in years. Then I had a set back once again this week with an infection that took over my entire neck and face. Had to get a tetnus shot, antibiotic shot and two more antibiotics to take orally.
Marathon???
I'm going to run it. I think I'm going to try to hit a 20 miler this weekend.
However...I'm not even going to try to figure out last months total!
