*Run: 145.2 miles
Walk: 12.8 miles
Swim: 8200 yards
Conditioning: 630+ minutes
*Mix some elliptical work in with that milege. Had a few days when ill/sore that I worked that in instead.
Good month and the contest kept me motivated. Had a great swimming month.

13.0 miles (actually 17)
Time: 1h 16m 11s
Avg. Pace: 8:28/mile
The race was the highlight of this month, obtaining a new PR and meeting w/ RF friends. After that, this month has been about injury and recovery. I finally have a referral to the sports doctor. It's been difficult. Really stressful being sidelined once again. I'm considering going to a 5 day a week schedule when I'm healed for the winter. Something has to give.
I'm over 900 miles for my year total....I will be finishing the season with a disappointing milage total.
