An excellent month for me also. 130 miles running! Today I passed the 1000 mile mark for the year. My goal was somewhere between 1000-1200, so I guess I'm there. But I ain't done yet!

137.1 miles, average pace of 8:39. Got over the 1200 mile mark for the year-to-date. I could go for 1400 for the final total, but I'll settle to get 100 for December.

My "lowest" month in half a year.
Running
19.6 miles
Time: 3h 16m 48s
Avg. Pace: 10:03/mile
Weight Training Workout
Time: 12h 15m 00s
Eliptical Trainer
13.3 miles
Time: 2h 30m 00s
Avg. Pace: 8:17/mile
Although I've enjoyed my weight training and I've see very nice positive results, I'm eager to restart my running in earnest. Hopefully I can have a decent month in December and January.

The height of my marathon training this month.
174 miles.
I swam only 3 days this month.
And slacked on the weights.
