Running (elliptical 17.5) : 110.6 miles
Time: 17h 50m 19s
Avg. Pace: 9:41/mile
This was not the greatest month for me. I started out the month with shin splints and I did elliptical work for one entire week. The shin splints were very hard to deal with, but I was glad that I was only sidelined for one week. I also took more days off than usual...6 in all. I also had a hard week there trying to keep my head into my running. I shortened my runs or just plain quit in the middle of them for no reason. This was a challenge. The only month that I've ran lower than this milege wise, was in January when I tapered/recovered from my halfM's (just by a mile). I'm pleased with the milege I put in all things considered, but hope to build it back up to more this month.

Me 80.24 miles in 16 runs. I had one 0 week due to a minor illness. Right now I am 60 miles behind for the year. that is okay I have lots of time to make it up. 278.29 miles thus far this year.
I am still keeping my 5 mile a day/run average
I am happy with it so far

Congrats, RR and Akern!
194.76 miles in 26:03:19.35, an 8:25.11 average. Time went up due to the addition of several long (more than 13 mile) runs. Still happy with the miles and the time.
