Way to go TimRuns and PackerBacker
I had my 3rd consecutive highest mileage month ever.
Not only did I increase the miles, but I saw a major improvement in the quality of my normal days and the biggest speed increase for my track sessions.
At two somewhat high profile races, I held my own and placed higher than I ever thought possible.
I finally beat a particular competitor that I've spent the last year chasing.
I got my third race comp.

Dang, it seems like everyone had an incredible month, or a miserable one. Mine was miserable, stupid foot.

This was my best month yet this year. It was nice to get this milege and work on bumping up the pace as well. I think it's retirement time for my Asics 2090's though. My legs are shot!
