61.7 miles, plus whatever i run tonight. This is my biggest month for miles already. Tentatively scheduled for 4 tonight, which would bring me to 65.7 miles.

Next month back to tri training for the 1/2 IM. August starts marathon ramp up. Glad I had fun in June.

best month of the year for me, distance wise
still 45 miles behind my goal for the year but I was 68 miles behind at the end of May so I made some nice progress.

Actually, our bike and running totals are nearly identical, but reversed.
7.11 on the bike (not including anything tonight).
68.84 running.
Only one race, but I did get an AG award in it, so that makes it feel better.

An excellent month (although mostly base building)- biggest mileage month ever
Running: ~230 miles; 1:06:21:27, Avg pace: 7:56
Swimming 9.06 miles or ~14600 m
Strength Training: counting today, will total just over 7 hours for the month
