swimming: kicked ass; really shined
biking: huge ramp up month; very pleased
running: OK. Not as much as I would have liked, but more than my coach wanted me to do; biking detracted from it. Plus 2 races with mini tapers didn't help.

Pretty good month for me: 161 miles, ran in 2 races - 2 half marathons and set a new PR for that distance. May is going to be a low key month, just going to take it easy before I start training for a fall marathon.

It looks like after today I'll be at 213 miles.
I just noticed that I ran every single day in April. I didn't plan that, but that's awsome!

Ditto on that. I actually don't have my runs logged for February and March, but I'm pretty sure they didn't stack up.
88.55 miles
10:59:17 total time
7:27 average pace
2 hours of mountain biking. Only got to go once.
Things will pick up after school gets out. Nothing but work to hold me back then... ha!

Mileage somewhat lower than last month due to 2 weekend races (a 5k and a 10k) and 2 weeks of easy recovery mileage from winter/spring training. I also slacked on the swimming.. Ill be starting my training program next week so May should be a pretty good month.
Running: 166.74 miles, 21:53:43

165.5 miles
This was the highest mileage month of my entire life. I've only been over 150 three times over the last 3 years (8/01, 6/03, 12/03). I've never gone over 160 until this month.
The cool thing was that I didn't set out to achieve a mileage record. It just happened on its own. I did 2 track workouts per week, several hill workouts, and 2 races for the month. Overall, the quality of my miles went up, too. I took less rest days, but didn't get injured. This could be a good year of racing if things continue.

115.5 miles
I've been slacking here or something. I expect to do more than this each month. I know I've cut a few runs short and have not been running long runs each week like I should (2 this month). I'll have to look at my milege to see if I am on target for my yearly goal.
