Swimming: 30,200 yards.
Biking: 533 miles
Running: 122 miles.
Total time: 65:15
I don't have my training from last year (lost it in work computer) but from 2 years ago I do. Swimming and running were pretty much the same. Biked 175 more miles this May than that May. I really hope this extra biking pays off!

Early May still had reduced running because of the hamstring pull.
No more slacking, time to go long.

89.86 miles in 13:52:09. Not all too disappointed - a lot of time off after CMM is responsible for the low distance.

104 miles for me.
Couldn't you have put in that extra .45 RR to have the same finish as I??

Fast month for me. Mileage is low do to short taper before my 1/2, week off after my 1/2 and nursing a groin pull for the past couple of days.
Official marathon training should start this weekend, depending how leg feels.
