it felt like more. 
i need to make a better effort on the weekly long run, i'm trying to increase weekly miles to around 34.

25 miles - brutal!
Groin pull had me sidelined most of the month. Just getting over it now and started back to regular running this week. Still hurts slightly when I run but feels better by the next day.
Made the decision to switch my fall marathon to a half. Made most sense with the number of injuries I've been having and a baby coming in August. There's always next year - I really want my first marathon to be enjoyable (and under 4 hrs!).
