Running - 115.80 miles at an 8:37 average. Good, considering I missed about one-quarter of the month due to traveling.
Cycling - 27.04 miles at 3:13 average.

113.0 miles

Avg. Pace: 9:44/mile
This is not as much as I'd like, but I started tapering two weeks ago and took 4 days off after my 22 mile run. Not bad for me.

Had a week's worth of vacation with only 6 miles running and no cycling in there.

I went from 182 miles in November to half that in December. Just an all around bad month. It started off with being sick and not running for the first 3 days to hopefully be 100% for the half marathon. I wasn't, and then I took most of the next week off because I was still sick. I had one decent week of 37 miles, then before Christmas it was cold with temps only reaching the 30's, and I wasn't up to running in shorts. Christmas and time in Opel set me back even more, and then being sick this week I decided to not run at all.

Running 77 miles
Swimming 3.6 miles
Cycling 25.58 miles
Highest run total I've ever had. Swim total is good, since I only go once a week now. I was slack on the bike, though.
