7 miles 57:52
8:53
8:46
8:45
8:41
8:22
8:02
6:23
Average pace 8:16
Today must have been a city-wide off day. I was the first person out there and there were only a few cars when I finished, even though 6:30 is pretty much peak time.

35 minutes on weights. 10 minutes on the bike (first time since before the 'thon) - 1.62 miles.
No running today, but will tomorrow; will follow last week's schedule, increasing the distances by 10-15% , and lower the pace by a 30-second average.
Am deciding on the next marathon this week. Between Toledo, St. Louis, and Nashville. (thank you to a certain RR for making preferences known - you know who you are ) Training would start sometime next month, I believe.

PM:
Running ~ 1 mile
Weights ~ 30 min
I can do 1 full pull up plus an attempt at a 2nd without the weight assistance! YeeeHaw! And I can do 3 dips in a row without assistance....then I have to rest for a little while and I can repeat all of the above for a few more sets!
