AM: A torturing session of long hill repeats Mad Twisted Evil

2.3 mile warmup, 18 mins

5x4 min hills (each about close to 1k in length) with recovery jog down the hill
Splits: 4:01/4:22, 4:03/4:20, 4:06/4:19, 4:04/4:23, 4:01/4:22

1.4 mile cooldown

~9.8 miles total

I'm pooped...

4.8 miles in 51.55. Legs felt fine, no pains anywhere. I did come to the conclusion that the shoes I wore today are at the end of their life as running shoes. Very hot and humid tonight.

15 minutes on the roiwing machine (just shy of two miles). 30 minutes on weights. 3.5 miles on the bike in 11:46.

30 minutes of free weights which included squats. Oww, pain.

4 x 1/2 mi. repeats w/ 1/4 mi. recovery and 2 miles at tempo pace.
