Friday - can't remember
Saturday - soccer game for little girl. She scored the only two goals for her team. i'll shut up now. got a run in; errands, etc., very tired.
Sunday - church; short run; celebrated my son's 15th BD. what a guy he has become. i couldn't be more pleased and can say from the bottom of my heart that he has never ever given me one moment's grief since he was born 15 years ago. i'll shut up now. did the present thing - dinner out--rediscovered my love of birthday cake.
BTW- i got him the skateboard ramps. a launch ramp, a bridge and a landing ramp--all only 10 inches high. they break apart and fit against the wall in the garage. Dick's Sporting Goods to the rescue.....
now you go.

It started off promising.
I ran a sschmokin time for my portion of the relay and actually got to experience running from the front of the pack for once. I was actually leading a race for almost 5 minutes.
RTPD ended up finishing 5th out of 15 teams in the Delaware County tough cop competition. Nice trophy with all team members on it.
The competition ran late and Robin is 1000 with me. I am still in the dog house and she has not said 4 words to me since Saturday.
I did get some overtime at work again yesterday, 6 hours which is like the fourth pay period in a row that I am getting some overtime.
Abby came home Saturday night and Hannah is pretty much back to herself.
So aside from the doghouse everything is not that bad.

Friday: Went to the movies and say X-men 2. Remind me to neva evah go to the movies on a Friday night again!! The place was crawling with teenagers. Constant talking and kicking the backs of chairs. And when I was done with that I threw popcorn.
Saturday: Had a great run in the rain with the hubby. We jumped in all the puddles along the way trying to splash one another. (as if we weren't already wet) Biked afterwards. Went to my parents house and cut down a tree for my dad.
Sunday: Lots of house cleaning. A crappy run. Watched the ball game. Pretty uneventful.

Fishing saturday morning, caught a good bunch. Laundry and a nap Saturday afternoon.
Sunday was grocery shopping, cleaning and then repairing gas tank on kid's car and then changing oil and filter on it.

Friday: Nada mucho
Saturday: Ditto
Sunday: Golfed 9 holes in the morning, then headed to Madison for Tracy's sister's graduation. I got out of it and stayed with Michael at my folks'. I did drive some of the half marathon course - I guess I didn't realize just how flat it is!

Monday morning sick ward is more like it.
The whole circus travelled to the mountains to see my grandparents who are in their 80s, to celebrate Palmer being off chemotherapy. Aunts, uncles, parents, grandparents, cousins, the whole lot. We haven't had a family get together this big in 10 years.
It rained the entire time. What was to be a huge lawn party washed out, but we made the best of it. I got a great long run in on Sunday a.m. although it was about 50 degrees out, and I was dressed for a 75 degree run.
Final tally for my house this a.m.: 2 ear infections and 1 sinus infection. The only good news is that the two healthy ones in the house are Palmer and our 4 month old.
If I find out who put that bowling ball in my sinus cavity, I'll kill 'em.

Music to my ears, brotha...music to my ears...
Friday: hella-crappish run. Came home, cried and screamed 'WHY GOD! WHY!!!' as I stared at my shoes...then I passed out from exhaustion...
Saturday: Went to Madison to visit some friends. Went out to eat at this incredibly delicious southwestern joint. Then we headed over to the Matrix 2. Holy 'asstacular', Batman! A M A Z I N G ....Still don't know what my favorite scene was???
Sunday: Went to my cousins Confirmation and picnic. I had to 'watch' them play volleyball all afternoon while I sat inside sulking eating brats, veggies and yet more brats

Maybe you'd have gotten an answer if you'd phrased that in the form of a question.

Friday - Netflix movie night with the roomie, saw Two Weeks Notice, hilarious, hilarious movie! Made pizza and burritos and generally ate really junky
Saturday - started laying attic floor, managed to get one section done. Well, roomie did most of the work because I told him I'd clean his bathroom if he actually got anything done. Trust me, his job may have been more labor intensive but mine was way grosser!!! Are all men such dirty creatures? Got lots done around the house, and short run in the hood.
Sunday - parents came up for an impromptu visit and brunch and I got handed the largest check I have ever seen in my life--they just settled on my grandmom's house and this is apparently my part of the "inheritance" just in time to use as a downpayment for my house. Mixed emotions about that, though....since the house was the last thing we had of hers other than some personal items which I still have. Spent the afternoon gardening, one of her passions, and thinking about all the stuff we used to do together. Sunday was definitely a and day.
