1st run with new fitted custom knee brace (first run in 3 months, I was told to wait for the knee brace)
2.145 miles 24:00, knee felt good, I felt winded

4 miles in 40:43, quick run through of weights today...but quick is better than nothing. Chest, triceps and shoulders. Will try to do abs later.
