Ran 2 miles, then ran 6 100 meters (which was 0.12 miles on the Garmin if I did the math correct) . Did them all within 10 seconds of each other. Then ran about 1/2 mile more, so that was about 3 miles more or less.
Shins felt tight during the first mile, so actually stopped and walked until they loosened up. Dumb time not to warm up now and strain something!
