Finally ran after a full 10 days off.
9.9 miles in 1:24
55 degrees, sunny, geese flying overhead, egrets and herons hunting in the ponds, maples and ash turning colors over the brown soybean fields....It was just beautiful--I LOVE autumn.

Hot and nasty run at lunch today. In the 90's again and I ran 8.5 miles. Total time was 1:23:04. Going out my average pace was in the low 9's coming back I was in the high 9's. Ouch.

3 lazy miles tonight on the Tucker High School Track. I had to force myself to run and a couple of times considered walking but through it allright.
