I dragged my sore body out of bed. That was enough of a workout. Depending on the time I have tonight either snowshoe or ride the bike on the trainer.

11.1 Miles in 1:31:53 plus my chest, shoulders and arms workout. Feeling Good! Only 69.5 miles to go this week. It was 29 degrees and it felt like 21.

A day pretty much messed up. Was going to do weights at the gym, but when I get there, I realize my ID is missing! Took it out yesterday with my drivers license and insurance card for my run. The cards were in a pocket with a zipper. No holes. I've got the license and insurance card, but not the gym ID. burning mad

Will do some weights and exercises here. Tomorrow means longer from home than usual, as I've got to get a new card on top of my run.
