5 treadmill miles. 18 inches of new snow and sub-zero temps made indoors look OK this morning.

I don't know whether it's just the weather or what, but since the half, my easy run paces have been much quicker. Was an absolutely great day for running ~60 degrees and sunny. I initially planned on drudging through 6 because I wasn't in the mood to run, but midway through the miles were just melting away and I didn't feel like stopping. I almost did 11 or 12, but decided to stop. It's days like these that make me love running!

5.328 miles running in :45:32.00. A pretty easy run, for some reason. Works for me.

I don't think I could watch movies while running. It'd have to be a terrible movie for me to NOT stop to watch it.
