4 miles this morning, in 44.04.
I bought a light, some generic LED Light for 19.99. I tried it on my head, but the strap is really tight, so I wrapped it around around my forearm. I turned it on a few times just to try it out. I think I prefer running in the dark.

Rest day here! I had a vision of Kimba with a LED tied to her head.

4 miles easy.
Kimba, I have tried all of the different lights and a regular hand held flashlight is what has worked best for me. The head lanterns are either too tight or too loose.

7.06 out and back in 59:17. Out 29:18 back 29:59.
Some tool shreiked at me from his busted datsun 210 around mile 2. Spent the next 5 miles muttering to myself what I would have done to him had I not practically wet myself.

There are still 210's running, especially in NY with all the salt on the roads in the winter.

Elliptical work, 4 miles (cross-training day)
Leg conditioning
Lower back/abs
This officially starts my marathon training for the AZ RnR in January. I've been nervous about starting up again, but now I'm excited. Don't know what to expect, but I do have a better plan set forth this time. Hopefully I get that outside training in. NO 20+ mile TM runs for me ever again!!
So...Week 1, Day 1
It's started.
