I ran a great 5k time this morning and it only took me two miles to do it!
2 miles, 16:56.
25 minutes weights and abs

3.8 miles in 35:00, I felt like cr@p today, and no it wasn't because of to much beer last night. I got a mile into my planned 6 mile run and I got aches and pains in areas that haven't ever bothered
This is not the way I wanted to start my first week of tapering.

LC figured what I thought was my hip being pulled was more just my side (higher up). Scheduled non-run day, fortunately. 7.958 miles on the trainer in 31:38.53 (3:58.57). The pull did not bother me.
