21 miles in 2:32 no calf pain.....decided to go back to "those shoes". I'm going to lose two toenails but blister pain is way better than calf strains/tears. I faded a little in last 3 miles but it was getting way hot 84f. endurox, ice bath, massage.......I feel like my old self again.

7 miles on the TM in 1:03. Comfortable run, but very hot. Every TM and elliptical was being used in the gym equating to lots of body heat generated. Had to wait for a TM. It was first come first serve or whoever was fastest getting to one. I guess I wound up being faster than a lady on the other end of the aisle. Sorry...but I had some running to get in and I showed no mercy.
Upper body stuff (chest, shoulders, chins, dips) and lower back/abs (a little).
This starts week 4...
