Short Version-

21:39 3rd in division, 24th overall.

Longer version, pretty good race. I haven't really done any speedy type of work at all, just some decent distance runs, since I was trying to do the half marathon this day. However, I was pleased with my results here.

However, I was MOST impressed with Mrs. Coach. She ran a PR 25:01, and finished 6th in her age group, and 66th overall out of 250 runners. I think mrs coach's previous best was 27 something....she simply blew away her old time. (She beat my brother too!)
