If all goes according to plan, Jen and I will be heading to the Minneapolis Heart Institute sometime in late July. Tentatively its set up for July 23rd. The doctors here in the Philadelphia area hope that the MHI, can figure out exactly what is going on and how to finally treat me. I am not sure if they will do any actual treatment there or if it will be done here in Philadelphia.
Its been a long frustrating year so far, and I hope that the MHI will provide me with some answers, so I can move on with my life.
We will be making a return trip in September to get Michael checked out. His echocardiogram showed an enlarged left side of the heart. He is not in anyway showing any symptoms but we wanted to get him checked out as well.
Overall things are still really sucky. I am doing cardiac rehab 3 days a week and riding the bike or trainer, a few times a week on a restricted basis. I am very tired with the medications they have me on and I am still in discomfort most of the time.
Things are pretty hectic as you can imagine. I am lucky to be working for the world's coolest boss and the company has been very good to me during this trying period.

Any ideas on how long a stay? This might call for a road trip!
