I have a burning sensation going down the middle of the arch area of my foot sometimes after a run when I stretch my right foot. Thus far it hasn't affected my running, but I don't know what exactly to do about it. I'm not even sure at this point if its a nerve, although the burning sensation makes me think it is.

Any ideas as to what this is?
