I was wondering if anyone knew much about metatarsalgia. The ball of my left foot feels like it is bruised, and is swollen. I am fairly certain that is metatarsalgia. I am icing it, and soaking my foot in hot water. All I can think about is 'how long will it be till i can run again?!' hehe. well, anyways, if you have any advice/ information, i would greatly appreciate it!

sorry i can't help with that one beanie.
hope it gets better fast. i'd think icing it would be beneficial though.
