Men, do you tip your barber? Do you even have a barber?

I don't have the same person who does the honors. I don't tip because they do not do a good job.

I go to the barber every six weeks. Me and the boy get our hair cut. $11.00 each. I give him $25.00.

lather up, shave, hair washes down the shower drain. don't have to tip anyone, but like I said over in the wimmin's thread, I put some lotion on to keep the skin healthy.

Great Clips. Hair cut costs $12, I tend to give $15 or $16.

Mine just went up to $16 + $3 tip. Its hard finding a barber anymore. Everything is a salon and charge twice as much for 1/2 the hair.

I'm on the Great Clips things too. I can usually find local coupons for $7 or $8 haircuts. Tip is typically $2 per visit.

Huge Pet Peeve about Great Clips is that they always ask for your home phone number. I don't give it and the person claims they can't take me (input me into the system without it). I then give my typical 555-1212 number and they can't find a record associated with that "number." The manager typically ends up coming over to put me in the cue as an anoyomous customer. Don't know if they do that up your way Pug, but is major league annoying. I want a $12 haircut from you, not open heart surgery.

HH - That wiskerscuts place looks cool. I wish we had some place like that here in ATL. I would consider pay slightly more for a better overall experience like that.
