For those not traveling for the big get together what are you doing this weekend???????
I am flying out to Naples, Florida for an extended weekend, cannot wait to relax on a beach, the weather in Boston is suppose to be rainy, drizzly, overcast, and cool all weekend, so it seems my trip will be bringing me nicer weather. Hope to get some long runs in and some swims in the Gulf.
Good weekend to all and Happy Summer

We are turning our non-walkout basement into a walkout basement. I can't wait, but the thought of cutting that big hole in my house makes me a little .

THAT sounds cool.
We are having a margaritaville Sunday (despite the crap weather) and cooking out with the boys next door.

night shift all weekend.
Only busy night we expect is tonight with the high school kids who get a long weekend.
But all college kids are gone and a lot of residents are gone so this is the official start of our slow season. We are probably the only PO PO in the world where the winters are busier than the summer.

I'm working all weekend too...but that's because I'm Canadian. half hour into my shift we had a fully loaded gravel truck with trailer slam into a bus. The truck lost it's brakes on a hill and couldn't stop. Lot's of injuries. Nice way to start the weekend.

I'm Canadian and we Canadians do not have Memorial day weekends (just a normal one). I have a piano recital tommorrow on Saturday and I'm a little nervous. I just hope my fingers won't stiffen up!
