Lost running log during the big crash over there...was over 100... Learned the important lesson of backing up, and keeping a second log.

Running :: 164.66 miles - was hoping for 200. Missed that by quite a bit.
Cycling :: 630 - good month
Trainer :: 52 miles
Weight lifting :: 4 times @ 1/2 hr. each session. Missed my goal of 8 sessions, but that's still 4 more than the previous two months.

A good month for me..Just finished with my first 4-week cycle of base building for the fall with an 8k race at the beginning of the month. 8 more weeks of base to go..
Running: 181.35 miles, 23:59:32, average pace: 7:56
Swimming: bad!  - 2.88 miles
Strength training: 6hrs 13 min
